Refund policy

We can offer a refund on most of our items, items must be returned within a 30days of receiving goods.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be returned in a saleable and unused condition.

To start a return, you can contact us at mail@goodwinandbelle.co.uk. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Goodwin and Belle, 11 High Street East, Uppingham, Rutland LE15 9PY.

Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse your postage costs.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
