Handmade on the north Cornish coast, two impressive flavours that will enhance many cheeseboards, all packaged in a reusable tin.
Local Cornish Seaweed sprinkled over a simple crisp biscuit base, works amazingly well with a strong English Cheddar or a ripe Stilton. Delicious served as a canapé with smoked trout or smoked salmon paté.
To compliment the seaweed, we created a rich buttery biscuit sprinkled with Italian Parmesan to give a delicate but delicious hit of cheesy flavour. Ideal with milder cheeses - a creamy goats cheese or a ripe Brie or very moreish just on their own.

Ingredients: Plain Flour (Wheat, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin, Calcium Carrbonate), Butter (Milk), Seaweed (0.3%), Fish Stock (Water, Fish, Onion, celeriac, Leek, Carrot Extract, Spice, Herb, Salt, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extrract, Rapeseed Oil) White Pepper, Salt.

Rich Parmesan
Ingredients: Plain Flour (Wheat, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin, Calcium Carbonate), Butter (Milk), Parmigano Reggiano (Milk) (0.4%), Grana Padano (Milk) (2.4%), Mustard Powder (Mustard), White Pepper, Salt.
