This glaze from Nicolas Vahé is made of balsamic vinegar that has been cooked for several hours and then reduced to a delicious and intense glaze. Try rich flavour of truffle is perfect to enhance the flavour of any casserole, grilled meat or salad dressing.

concentrated grape must, Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP 38% (wine vinegar*, concentrated grape must, colour, sulphites, ammonia caramel), modified corn starch, truffle flavouring
