Ottolenghi - Orange Marmalade Dressing

A vibrant citrus dressing that brings together the brightness of fresh orange with a sophisticated edge. Marmalade sweetness meets tangy cider vinegar, while Aleppo chilli adds a gentle warmth without overpowering the fruit. Crafted with the same care as our deli house-made blends, this works beautifully drizzled over leafy greens, whisked into warm grains, or brushed onto grilled chicken and roasted vegetables as a caramelising glaze.

Ingredients: olive oil, orange marmalade (19%) (glucose-fructose syrup, orange, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate), water, cider vinegar, orange juice concentrate (8%), English mustard (water, mustardflour, spirit vinegar, salt, mustardbran, sugar, ground turmeric, acidity regulator: citric acid), garlic puree, orange zest (1.5%), salt, aleppo chilli (1%), mustard bran, black pepper.
